POLICIES & PROCEDURES

IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS

BE ON TIME!
Late arrivals are not permitted. If you are late 10 minutes or more of the scheduled time, you will lose the class. Arrive 10 minutes early to follow COVID-19 procedures.


SOCKS ARE YOUR FRIENDS!
Grip Socks are required for in all classes for the safety of our clients and our team. If you arrive to class without grip socks, we have options available for purchase at the studio ranging from $10-$15.


RESERVATION

Class bookings must be made online. You must have an existing valid class pass to book a class online. If this is your first visit to Do Pilates, you will need to WhatsApp or KakaoTalk or SMS or Email us. 


We have made it really easy for you to book your classes via our online booking system. Online booking closes 24 hours before the class starts. If you feel spontaneous and like to swing by for a class at the eleventh hour, please WhatsApp or KakaoTalk or SMS or Email us to check on the class availability before making your way to the studio.


PURCHASES

All sales are final. All class packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be prorated.


SCHEDULE

While we will do our best to communicate changes to our schedule, please note that our schedule and trainers are subject to change without notice.


CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, LATE-CANCEL POLICY 

Cancelations and changes must be made by 9:00 PM the day before the booking date. Cancelations and changes can be made via KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or email to the instructor or studio. Cancelations or changes after the deadline are not possible. In case of no-show, the class will be forfeited. In the case of a medical reason, cancelation or change after the deadline is possible if proof is provided


EXPIRY DATE

All our packages have an expiry date of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 8 months depending on the package you choose. Expiry dates are strictly enforced, but if you purchase another class pack, we will carry forward your remaining sessions to the new pack.
