RESERVATION POLICY

 All class bookings must be made online. To book a class, please create an account on our website.

Online booking closes 24 hours before the class starts.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY

Cancellations and reschedule requests must be made by 9:00 PM the day before your scheduled class.

You may cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp or KakaoTalk — either by contacting your instructor or the studio.

• Late cancellations or changes are not permitted.
• No-shows will result in the class being forfeited.
• Late cancellations, rescheduling, or same-day changes after the deadline may be permitted for medical reasons, provided valid proof is submitted.
   

SCHEDULE

While we will do our best to communicate any changes to our schedule, please note that we will give you a heads-up if any of your booked sessions need to be canceled.
