Reservation Policies
RESERVATION POLICY
Class bookings MUST be made online. You must have an existing valid class pass to book a class online. If this is your first visit to Do Pilates, you will need to WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, or email us.
We have made it easy for you to book your classes via our online booking system. Online booking closes 24 hours before the class starts. If you are feeling spontaneous and would like to swing by for a class at the eleventh hour, please WhatsApp or KakaoTalk us to check on the class availability before making your way to the studio.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY
Cancelations and changes must be made by 9:00 PM the day before the booking date. Cancelations and changes can be made via KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or email to the instructor or studio. Cancelations or changes after the deadline are not possible. In case of a no-show, the class will be forfeited. In the case of a medical reason, cancelation or change after the deadline is possible if proof is provided.
