Specifically, she was on medical leave for two months in 2021 and six months in 2022, during which she underwent two major surgeries: a hysterectomy and a ri

 Johanna has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 16 years in the Pilates sector. However, she has taken some time away from teaching due to health reasons. Specifically, she was on medical leave for two months in 2021 and six months in 2022, during which she underwent two major surgeries: a hysterectomy and a right knee arthroscopy with meniscus repair and cartilage reconstruction.


These experiences have greatly enriched her understanding and approach to working with clients who have pathological conditions. They have also deepened her appreciation for life, illustrating how quickly health can change and the importance of faith in the healing process.
