Reservations
All bookings must be made online. Your must have a valid package before booking a slot online for your customers. Online booking closes 24 hours before the session start time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by 9:00 PM the day before the scheduled booking date. Requests can be made via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp to the studio.
Cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted after the deadline. In the case of a no-show, the booked session will be forfeited. For medical reasons, cancellations or rescheduling after the deadline may be accepted with valid supporting documents.
Late Arrival Policy
In the event of a late arrival, your session must still end at the originally scheduled end time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. No additional time will be provided for late arrivals.
